Send the event date, venue, expected headcount, event length, garment needs, and graphics. We will confirm availability and the package details before booking.
Why this is quoted, not listed
Live activation pricing depends on venue power access, expected guest headcount, event length, and how many press stations you need running at once. Tell us your date, venue, expected turnout, and setup needs so we can confirm the scope and price.
What the setup may include
- Press timing: Output depends on the garment, graphic, station count, and event flow.
- Guest choices: Attendees can choose from the graphics, sizes, colors, and placements approved for the event.
- Equipment and staff: Presses, transfers, blank apparel, and technicians are included only as listed in the quote.
- Venue requirements: We confirm power, access, setup space, and venue rules before the event.
Common event locations
We can review events at Las Vegas venues and private locations, including:
- • Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) & Mandalay Bay
- • The Venetian Expo & Caesars Forum
- • Resort ballrooms and strip resort suites
- • Sports fields, tournaments, community centers, and festivals
- • Private parties, sports events, and community gatherings
How an order works
Send the details, approve the order, then collect or receive it.
1. Send artwork and details
Tell us whether you need finished apparel or transfer sheets. Include the size, quantity, print placement, and deadline. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI is best for DTF.
2. We confirm the quote
We review the artwork, garment or roll size, availability, and timing. You get the price and production details before the order moves forward.
3. We print the order
For finished apparel, we print the transfer and press it onto the selected garments. For gang sheets, we print the 22-inch-wide roll for you to press.
4. Pickup or shipping
Pick up at 4718 E Flamingo Rd when the order is ready, or ask about shipping and venue delivery. If you are pressing transfers, we can confirm the garment and press settings first.
When DTF is a good fit
DTF is useful when you need full color, mixed fabrics, or a small transfer run. The best method still depends on the garment, artwork, quantity, and finish you want.
| Printing Method | Setup Cost | Colors Supported | Min Order | Supported Fabrics | Durability |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Direct to Film (DTF) | Free for print-ready art | Full-color CMYK + white | No minimum for transfers | Cotton, polyester, blends, fleece | Depends on garment and care |
| Screen Printing | Varies by shop and design | Depends on design and setup | Often has a minimum | Commonly cotton and blends | Depends on ink and care |
| Direct to Garment (DTG) | Varies by shop and design | Full-color ink | Often no minimum | Best suited to cotton | Depends on garment and care |
| Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) | Varies by design | Cut solid colors | No minimum is common | Cotton and polyester | Depends on material and care |
