Order steps
How an order works
Send the details, approve the order, then collect or receive it.
1. Send artwork and details
Tell us whether you need finished apparel or transfer sheets. Include the size, quantity, print placement, and deadline. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI is best for DTF.
2. We confirm the quote
We review the artwork, garment or roll size, availability, and timing. You get the price and production details before the order moves forward.
3. We print the order
For finished apparel, we print the transfer and press it onto the selected garments. For gang sheets, we print the 22-inch-wide roll for you to press.
4. Pickup or shipping
Pick up at 4718 E Flamingo Rd when the order is ready, or ask about shipping and venue delivery. If you are pressing transfers, we can confirm the garment and press settings first.
What we can coordinate
Convention orders are easier to hand out when the garments and delivery plan are organized before the event:
- Size-sorted boxes: Ask for garments to be folded and grouped by size.
- Clear labels: Add size labels when you need faster distribution at the booth.
- Pickup or delivery: We can discuss local pickup, hotel lobby delivery, or venue delivery when rules allow.
- Extra shirts: If you need a restock during the event, text with the artwork, quantity, and deadline so we can check availability.

Hotel lobby or convention-venue delivery may be possible by arrangement. The property or venue must allow the delivery, and the quote will confirm the handoff details.
Plan for 5–7 days when you need specific garments, sizes, or colors. Rush timing depends on standard blank stock, artwork, quantity, and current capacity.

Send the brand guide with the artwork. DTF uses CMYK printing, so exact color matching should be reviewed and confirmed before production.
